Couples Therapist
Houston Heights
We are looking for a couples therapist who is passionate about helping partners move out of painful cycles and into deeper connection, trust, and emotional safety.
This role is ideal for a clinician who:
Enjoys working with relational dynamics and attachment patterns
Can hold space for both partners with warmth and balance
Values evidence based relationship work while remaining deeply human and collaborative
Preferred training may include:
Gottman Method Couples Therapy
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
PACT
IMAGO
Sex therapy training
Experience with affair recovery, trauma, intimacy concerns, or addiction related relationship issues is a plus.
Child & Teen Therapist
Houston Heights
We are seeking a thoughtful and skilled child therapist who enjoys supporting both children and their caregivers.
This role is ideal for someone who:
Loves working with children and adolescents
Understands the importance of parent involvement and coaching
Can move fluidly between play based interventions and deeper emotional work
Values collaboration with parents, schools, and outside professionals
Preferred but not required:
Play therapy training
EMDR
ADHD coaching or executive functioning support
Autism affirming approaches
Trauma informed modalities
We are looking for clinicians who view parents as part of the healing process, not just observers.
Psychometrist / Evaluation Team Member
Houston Heights
We are also growing our evaluation team and are looking for a thoughtful, detail oriented psychometrist who values both the science and human side of testing.
This role may include:
Test administration and scoring
Supporting ADHD, autism, learning disorder, and psychological evaluations
Helping clients and families feel comfortable and understood throughout the process
Collaboration with evaluators and therapists
This position can be flexible depending on experience and licensure, from psychometrist support work to independently conducting evaluations and feedback sessions.
Preferred experience may include:
WISC-V, WPPSI, WAIS, WIAT-4
ADHD and executive functioning measures
Autism assessments such as ADOS-2 or MIGDAS-2
Emotional and personality testing
We are looking for someone who sees evaluations as more than scores and diagnoses. We believe testing should help tell the story of the whole person.
