Specializes in working with children, teens, young adults, and individual therapy
As a counselor-in-training, I am passionate about creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and safe to be their full selves. I believe that healing happens through connection and compassion, and I strive to meet each client where they are with warmth, curiosity, and respect. My goal is to walk alongside you through life’s challenges and empower you to reconnect with your resilience, values, and sense of self.
Therapy for Teens, Young Adults, and Individuals Navigating Life Transitions
My approach to therapy is gentle, supportive, and tailored to each client’s unique journey. I work with adolescents, young adults, and individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, self-esteem struggles, identity development, family stress, and relationship difficulties. Having navigated my own experiences with anxiety and self-doubt growing up, I bring both personal understanding and professional knowledge into the counseling space.
I draw from person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and strengths-based approaches, depending on what feels most natural and supportive for you. Whether it’s building practical tools to manage anxiety or creating space to process emotions without fear of judgment, I strive to create an environment where you feel empowered to grow, heal, and thrive.
A Bit About Me
Outside of counseling, I value creativity, movement, and connection. I enjoy taking dance classes, going for runs, and spending time with Otto, my very curious and spirited cat. I also work at a cooking school for adults with special needs—a place that continually reminds me of the joy found in everyday moments. Whether moving, creating, or building community, I seek out experiences that feel grounding and meaningful.
