About Me

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you are used to handling things on your own.

Maybe you have been carrying stress for so long that it has become your normal. Maybe anxiety is making it difficult to slow your mind down, relationships feel more draining than fulfilling, or you are simply exhausted from trying to hold everything together.

Whatever brought you here, you do not have to navigate it alone.

As your therapist, I strive to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in authenticity. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to explore both the difficult parts of themselves and the strengths they may have lost sight of along the way.

Areas of Focus

I work primarily with adults navigating:

  • Men’s Issues

  • Anxiety and chronic stress

  • Depression and emotional overwhelm

  • ADHD and executive functioning struggles

  • Burnout and work life balance

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Identity exploration

  • Life transitions and uncertainty

I also have particular interest and experience working with:

  • Grief and loss

  • Health anxiety

  • LGBTQ+ individuals

  • Older adults

  • High functioning individuals who feel stuck internally despite appearing “fine” externally

Many of my clients are thoughtful, self aware people who spend a lot of time caring for others while struggling to extend the same compassion to themselves.

My Approach

My approach is person centered, relational, and trauma informed. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and therapy should feel like a partnership rather than someone telling you who you should be.

I frequently incorporate elements of:

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Mindfulness based approaches

  • Trauma informed care

Together, we work to:

  • Better understand emotional patterns

  • Develop healthier coping strategies

  • Build self compassion and resilience

  • Learn how to tolerate difficult emotions without feeling consumed by them

  • Create a life more aligned with your values and authentic self

I know therapy can feel vulnerable, especially for people who are used to pushing through things alone. My goal is to provide a calm, grounded environment where you can process openly at a pace that feels manageable and supportive.

A Bit About Me

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy staying active and connected to the people who matter most to me. You can usually find me catching up on movies or shows, going for runs at the park, spending time at the gym, listening to music, trying new restaurants around Houston, or spending time with friends and family.

One of my favorite roles outside of being a therapist is being an uncle, and spending time with my niece is one of the greatest joys in my life.
