San Antonio Therapist/Houston Teletherapist
Perinatal Mental Health Specialist, Trauma Informed, & Adult Therapist
You deserve support, and you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
Seeking help takes courage—especially when it means opening up about difficult emotions. Therapy is an investment in yourself because you are worth it. My role is to walk alongside you, providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings with honesty and self-compassion. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, life transitions, or relationship challenges, I’m here to help you build confidence, improve emotional regulation, and reconnect with your authentic self.
Areas of Focus
I specialize in working with individuals who are navigating:
✅ Anxiety & Emotional Regulation – Helping you develop coping strategies that bring relief and clarity.
✅ Low Self-Worth – Supporting you in building confidence and embracing self-compassion.
✅ Relationship Challenges – Whether with a partner, family, or friends, I help clients improve communication and create stronger connections.
✅ Trauma & Healing – Working through past experiences so they no longer define your present.
✅ Parenting Support – Helping parents feel more grounded and connected as they navigate each stage of their child’s development.
I also have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and families, providing practical tools for managing emotions, improving communication, and fostering resilience in young people.
Perinatal Mental Health & Women’s Issues
Motherhood is a profound transition, and it’s not always easy. As a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C), I support individuals experiencing:
💙 Postpartum depression, anxiety, and OCD
💙 Emotional adjustment to pregnancy, childbirth, and new motherhood
💙 Navigating identity shifts and personal well-being as a parent
Beyond the perinatal period, I love working with women at all stages of life—whether it’s navigating young adulthood, motherhood, midlife changes, or personal growth. Women often carry so much, and I strive to create a space where they feel supported, empowered, and heard.
Therapeutic Approach
I believe in the deep connection between mind and body and often integrate mindfulness-based techniques, somatic experiencing, and person-centered therapy into my work. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, so I tailor each session to your unique needs, helping you set meaningful goals and take realistic steps toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.
Above all, my goal is to help you feel safe, supported, and seen. Whether you’re facing a major life transition or just need a space to process emotions, I’m here to hold space for your story with warmth, respect, and genuine care.
About Me
When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll find me running races with friends, spending time with family, and enjoying the company of my dogs.
Education & Experience
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) based in San Antonio, Texas. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in English and a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Angelo State University. Over the years, I have worked in a variety of settings, including private practice, non-profit community-based counseling for at-risk youth, and psychiatric hospitals. Additionally, I have completed specialized training through Postpartum Support International to provide expert care for individuals navigating perinatal mental health challenges. My diverse experience allows me to adapt my therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
Let’s Work Together
Starting therapy is a big step, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re ready to feel more balanced, connected, and in control of your life, I’d love to support you on your journey..
