Therapy for Teens, Adults, Couples and Families

Hi, I’m Jasmine—welcome.

Taking the first step toward counseling takes courage. In a world that often tells us to "tough it out," I believe in the power of connection, curiosity, and compassionate support. Therapy doesn’t have to be something you face alone. I see counseling as a space where you can show up just as you are—without judgment—and feel heard, understood, and empowered.

My goal is to create a warm, collaborative environment where you feel supported every step of the way. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, we’ll work together to build clarity, confidence, and emotional well-being.

Children & Teens

Young people often experience big emotions with limited tools to express them. I work with children and teens on a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, school stress, identity development, and family changes. My approach is developmentally sensitive and rooted in trust, creativity, and connection.

I bring specialized training in play therapy, along with evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help young clients build skills, express themselves, and grow in confidence. I also support parents and caregivers in building strong communication and emotional connection with their child.

Adults & Individuals

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or in the midst of a life transition, therapy can offer space to reflect, realign, and move forward. I work with adults around:

  • Anxiety, depression, and burnout

  • Self-esteem and personal identity

  • Relationship challenges and communication

  • Women’s issues and life transitions

My style is collaborative and person-centered. I draw from CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and other evidence-based tools to tailor sessions to your unique goals. I also bring a strengths-based lens to help you reconnect with your values and resilience.

Couples Therapy & Sex Therapy

Relationships take intentional effort—and sometimes, outside support. I work with couples of all backgrounds and stages to help improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen both emotional and physical intimacy.

I integrate Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and principles from Collaborative Couples Therapy, creating a balanced space where both partners feel seen and supported.

I also bring extensive training in sex therapy, offering a safe, nonjudgmental space to address topics like desire differences, intimacy issues, sexual health concerns, and rebuilding connection. My goal is to help couples navigate these deeply personal topics with openness, respect, and curiosity.

Co-Parents & Blended Families

Navigating parenting after separation or within a blended family brings unique challenges. I support co-parents in:

  • Strengthening respectful communication

  • Creating shared goals for their children’s well-being

  • Establishing healthy boundaries and family systems

Together, we’ll work to create a more stable, supportive, and connected environment for everyone involved.

Education & Training

I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sam Houston State University and am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Counseling, with a focus on clinical training and supervision. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Nationally Certified Counselor, and hold specialized training in play therapy, CBT, solution-focused therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy, and sex therapy.

A Bit About Me

When I’m not in session, you’ll probably find me dancing in the kitchen with my school aged child, planning our next travel adventure, or discovering a new favorite wine at Trader Joe’s. I believe in living life with humor, heart, and curiosity—and I bring that same energy into the therapy room. My clients often describe me as compassionate, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to.
