A Safe, Supportive Space for Growth
Life is a journey, and you do not have to navigate it alone.
If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward, I am here to help. As a bilingual therapist, fluent in both English and Spanish, I provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your emotions, reconnect with your strengths, and take meaningful steps toward healing and growth.
I work with children, teens, and adults navigating a range of challenges, including:
Anxiety and depression
First generation and cultural identity experiences
Autism and ADHD
Behavioral concerns
Grief and loss
Trauma and PTSD, including childhood trauma and domestic violence
Self esteem and body image
Life transitions and single parenting
Working with Children & Teens
When working with children and teens, I believe that collaboration with caregivers is essential. Children do best when the adults in their lives feel supported and equipped.
My approach is tailored to each child’s unique needs and may include play based techniques, cognitive behavioral strategies, and a strengths focused lens. I focus on helping children build confidence, improve emotional regulation, and develop the skills they need to navigate challenges both at home and at school.
Therapy for Adults
For adults, I offer a compassionate and culturally responsive approach to therapy. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self esteem concerns, or major life changes, I work alongside you to create space for insight, healing, and meaningful change.
I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, trauma informed care, and person centered approaches to help you better understand your experiences and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Family Therapy
Families are constantly evolving, and at times, that can create stress, tension, or disconnection.
I support families in strengthening relationships, improving communication, and navigating life’s transitions together. Whether you are working through parenting challenges, co parenting dynamics, blended family adjustments, or supporting a child with emotional or behavioral concerns, I help create a more connected and supportive family system.
My Approach
I believe therapy should feel collaborative, empowering, and respectful of your unique background and lived experiences.
My work is grounded in empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a person centered approach. I draw from evidence based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma informed care, and mindfulness, while tailoring each session to meet your individual needs and goals.
Together, we will work toward healing, building resilience, and creating lasting, meaningful change.
A Bit About Me
I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of St. Thomas. I am also a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional and have extensive experience supporting individuals of all ages in managing anxiety and emotional stress.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, biking, and camping as a way to recharge. I also love traveling, trying new recipes, and spending time with family and friends.
