I am passionate about helping children, teens, and adults gain clarity, direction, and confidence through comprehensive evaluations and therapy. Whether someone is struggling with attention, learning, emotional regulation, or social challenges, I believe that the right assessment or therapy approach can provide valuable insights and real solutions.

Comprehensive Evaluations

As a psychometrist, I specialize in evaluations that uncover strengths, challenges, and tailored strategies for success. It can be frustrating to watch a child struggle at school or in social situations or to feel stuck as an adult without understanding why. A thorough assessment can help answer questions, guide treatment decisions, and provide a roadmap for support.

I conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for:

  • ADHD and executive functioning challenges

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) evaluations

  • Learning differences and academic struggles

  • Emotional and behavioral concerns

For children, evaluations help parents make informed decisions about school placement, therapy, and interventions. For adults, assessments provide clarity on cognitive strengths, weaknesses, and personalized strategies for success.

Therapy for Children, Teens, and Adults

Beyond evaluations, I provide therapy for children, adolescents, and adults struggling with executive functioning challenges, ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions & stressors, and behavioral difficulties. I believe that therapy should be collaborative, strengths-based, and practical, offering real-world tools for managing stress and improving daily life.

In sessions, I integrate:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients recognize and change unhelpful thought patterns

  • Person-Centered Therapy to create a supportive, empowering space

  • Trauma-Informed Interventions to promote healing and emotional resilience

  • Solution-Focused Therapy – to help clients identify strengths, set achievable goals, and develop practical solutions to create meaningful change in their daily lives

ADHD Coaching & Executive Functioning Support

For individuals with ADHD and executive functioning challenges, therapy often needs to go beyond traditional talk therapy. ADHD coaching is a structured approach that helps clients develop strategies for focus, organization, time management, and impulse control. In coaching, I help clients:

  • Improve daily planning and routines

  • Strengthen self-regulation and emotional control

  • Enhance productivity in school or work settings

This type of coaching is especially beneficial for students navigating academic challenges and adults managing work and life responsibilities while coping with ADHD symptoms.

Child Therapy

Children often express emotions and challenges differently than adults, which is why I use developmentally appropriate techniques to help them build coping skills and emotional awareness. In child therapy, I focus on:

  • Improving emotional regulation and frustration tolerance

  • Strengthening social skills and peer interactions

  • Supporting behavioral challenges and impulse control

I incorporate play-based interventions, structured social learning strategies, and emotional regulation techniques to help children build confidence and resilience.

Adult Therapy

For adults, therapy can be a transformative space to gain insight, develop coping skills, and move past barriers to personal growth. Whether struggling with attention difficulties, mood regulation, anxiety, or life transitions, I provide support in:

  • Identifying strengths and overcoming obstacles

  • Building resilience and improving emotional well-being

  • Navigating personal and professional challenges

Many adults come to therapy feeling stuck, and my goal is to help them gain clarity, set meaningful goals, and develop strategies that lead to long-term success.
