Relationships Shape Our Lives, Therapy Can Help Us Heal and Grow

Life can feel overwhelming when the relationships that matter most are not working the way we hoped. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, navigating a difficult relationship, healing from past experiences, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can provide a place to slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with yourself and others.

Reaching out for support is not always easy. I understand the vulnerability it takes to begin therapy, and I strive to create a warm, authentic, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are.

I believe meaningful change happens when people feel truly seen, understood, and supported. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and develop healthier patterns that create lasting growth and connection.

Couples & Relationship Counseling

Relationships can be one of the most rewarding parts of life, but they can also be one of the most challenging. I am passionate about helping couples move from conflict and disconnection toward greater understanding, trust, and emotional closeness.

Many couples come to therapy feeling stuck in the same arguments, struggling to communicate effectively, recovering from relationship wounds, or wondering how they drifted so far apart. Together, we identify the patterns keeping you disconnected and build new ways of responding that foster safety, intimacy, and connection.

I work with couples navigating:

• Communication difficulties
• Recurring conflict and arguments
• Premarital counseling and relationship preparation
• Infidelity and betrayal recovery
• Parenting and family stressors
• Life transitions
• Emotional disconnection
• Trust and intimacy concerns

Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Method Couples Therapy, I help couples better understand one another's needs, strengthen their emotional bond, and create healthier patterns that support long term relationship success.

Individual Therapy

Our relationships with ourselves and others have a profound impact on how we experience the world. I enjoy helping adults navigate relationship challenges, anxiety, trauma, self esteem concerns, life transitions, and periods of personal growth.

Many of my clients are insightful, capable individuals who find themselves repeating the same relationship patterns, struggling with self doubt, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, or carrying the impact of difficult life experiences. Therapy can provide a space to better understand yourself, process challenges, and create meaningful change.

Together, we will explore the beliefs, experiences, and relational dynamics that may be contributing to your current struggles while building the insight and tools needed to move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and connection.

My Approach

I believe therapy should be tailored to the unique needs of each client. My style is warm, collaborative, and down to earth, combining evidence based interventions with genuine human connection.

I strive to create a space where clients feel both supported and challenged. While I am compassionate and validating, I can also be direct when needed. I believe growth often requires honesty, accountability, and a willingness to look at the patterns that may be keeping us stuck.

Rather than taking a one size fits all approach, I work collaboratively with clients to understand their goals and adapt therapy to best support their unique experiences, strengths, and needs.

My work is informed by several therapeutic modalities, including:

• Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
• Gottman Method Couples Therapy
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
• Trauma Informed Care
• Attachment Based Approaches

While these approaches guide my work, I believe there is no single therapy model that fits every person. My goal is to meet clients where they are and tailor the therapeutic process to their individual needs, helping them gain insight, strengthen relationships, build effective coping strategies, and create lasting growth.

A Bit About Me

My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my own experience in therapy and seeing firsthand the impact that feeling understood and supported can have on a person's life. That experience sparked a desire to help others navigate their own challenges, strengthen their relationships, and create meaningful change.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with my dog, Cooper. I love learning about people, relationships, and the ways we grow throughout different seasons of life.
